About the Speaker:
Rebecca is the Executive Director of K|N Consultants. Her current projects include gathering community requirements for investment in open content; drafting a new research agenda on behalf of the Association of Research and College Libraries; developing a set of recommendations for a code of publication ethics; and working on the pilot phase of the Humane Metrics in the Humanities and Social Sciences (HuMetricsHSS) initiative. Prior to K|N, Rebecca was the director of Columbia University's Center for Digital Research and Scholarship, and before that she worked for more than a decade in the scholarly publishing industry, including production leadership roles at Cell Press, Blackwell, and PLOS, where she was employee #1.?
